We engaged XUL for our full house renovation and we can't recommend them enough. They are professional, caring, attentive and most importantly honest! The team worked at length to make sure our project was delivered o time to a high standard. Their creative use of light and space was something our renovation project really benefited from. The communication was fluid throughout the project, with weekly updates and meetings and additional emails and phone calls if necessary. This is our second house renovation and thanks to XUL it has been completely stress free in a way we never thought possible when undertaking refurbishment works. We highly recommend!

We decided to go with XUL after having a bad experience with a previous architect. XUL picked up the project and it was a dream to work with them. So refreshing to feel like our needs were being heard but also they were able to challenge us and come up with new ideas too which we ended up going for. It was a totally two way process and we loved the brainstorming sessions using tracing paper and pencils to visualise some of the layouts.

XUL were also incredibly knowledgeable about the planning requirements and what would pass so they were able to push the boundaries within the limits to gain permission for everything we wanted!

Their detailed drawings are brilliant too - the contractor building the house has commented how good and easy they are to follow.

Overall, the team at XUL really listened to us, made the process fun and enjoyable, were professional and always took the time to support us along the way.
