Before I even booked the appointment the lady was rude and abrupt. When the day and time of the appointment came up, she didn’t turn up and didn’t give me any prior warning. Absolutely unprofessional. I’d give her no stars if I could 😂

Liz is fantastic. Al ways a brilliant finish and she is so lovely. Never rushed she takes her time and it alwsys looks fab. Both my sons go here.. wouldn't go anywhere else. Totally recommend.

I have never had my hair done here simply because the lady that works there is so so rude. And she has been for years. Out of sheer necessity I go in there every couple of months to buy hair extensions. If I had a choice I would never ever set foot in there. From the moment you step through the door she ignores you. You cannot ignore customers that are coming to spend their hard earned cash in your establishment. She only speaks to you when you ask her a question and she can no longer ignore you. Or she rudely tries to get you to do your hair in there. Poor customer service and everyone I know says the same.

Love This shop. Not Enough on Chelmsofrd. They are super friendly. Very great prices. Lovely staff. A lot of products you can’t get hold of in Chelmsofrd.
