Any returns I.e. size or any reason are changed and a payment taken (not mentioned in their returns policy) to enable the return. Queried at the time upon realising this issue,  but to no avail, but there's no warning of returns postage charges prior to ordering.

Clarity of ordering / returns still isn't clear on the website and as such unable to recommend. NOT a free returns policy even on £245 boots.

The service that my partner and I have received from William Powell has been nothing short of disgusting. My partner purchased me a schoffel shirt for Christmas, which upon opening has got two black stains on it, which has obviously happend before the shirt was packaged. William Powell have refused to take the shirt back as this apparently does not fit with there warranty policy. We will be contacting trading standards to discuss this matter with them. I recommend you steer clear of this company.

I recently reached out to William Powell regarding an exchange for a Christmas gift, only to be informed that my request was denied due to their 28-day return policy. I checked the returns policy at the time of purchase because I knew the gift might need to be exchanged if it was the wrong size, and I was pleased to see that there was an extended festive returns period.

However, I now realize that because the item is on sale, it is technically excluded from this policy. This has been quite disappointing, especially since the item is unused and still in its original packaging. The lack of flexibility feels unfair, particularly during the holiday season when a small gesture of goodwill could make a significant difference.

This experience has significantly undermined my confidence in William Powell's customer service. I expected better, especially given the holiday spirit

Appalling customer service. Gift bought for Christmas in November had to be returned by 14 December because it was a reduced item! Obviously not tried on by then as this was a Christmas gift. No leeway for extended returns policy for Christmas gifts! Absolutely shocked. The vast majority of companies offer extended returns policies whether reduced items or not.

Do not buy from this company. They have a terrible customer service. I bought a jumper as a Christmas present which turned out to be faulty. Their system asks you not only to upload photos of the fault, but you also ha e to wait until the company carries out its own investigation and completes a faulty goods report before they will issue you with a returns label. On top of that no one will tell you how long this process will take. You do not even get a reference number to acknowledge you refund request so you have zero proof that you have gone through the process.

Very good on sales and delivery but when something is wrong customer services are the worst ever sham as spoil a good company. My review I sent them they held and not posted as customer services were going to call me but just like the problem with a schoffel jumper at £144 never did so they only publish what they want so you don't get a true picture. I will not use them anymore and advise you not to. Richard
