I have used Whaleys for over 25 years!!!!!!

I bought some hessian fabric which looked great from the sample. then ordered 10 m and paid extra for having it rolled and £ 25 delivery charge. It has arrived and has deep creases in it every 50 cm and I just can't really use it. Tried to return it but not worth paying the delivery charge. being refunded 10 % £ 2.4 !!! Feels very unreasonable and im very disappointed with the service and product. won't use again

I live next to this company warehouse, they always burning something very toxic, can't even open windows for fresh air, the smell from all the smoke is really bad and very toxic. DO BETTER PAY FOR TRASH TAKEAWAY!!!! Will be reported with evidence, do not answer calls.
I have spoken to the company next to them and they said it's not them it's whaleys burning stuff probably without permit as well.

Ordered canvas to make stretchers for painting, arrived today. Very well packaged, exctly what I ordered and a fast service. Would have been useful to know it had been dispatched so I could watch out for delivery, but no problem. Looking forward to painting on it.
