I’ve been coming to this salon for a few months and had a decent experience with Savannah, so I was extremely disappointed to arrive for my appointment—booked a month in advance—only to find out she had left. I was given no prior notice, no explanation as to why I wasn’t contacted, and not even an apology for the inconvenience. And all of this just three days before my wedding!

I understand that staff changes happen, but being left without an appointment at such short notice, without so much as a courtesy call, is incredibly frustrating. A simple message would have made all the difference.

Sadly, this lack of communication means I can’t recommend this salon or rely on them in the future.

Excellent. Everything I want in a local hair salon. Savannah was helpful, efficient and happy to cope with my naturally curly hair that needed a major cut after I'd been growing out the layers for months.

I have have several beauty treatments done, eye lashh tint and shelac nails. Everyone has been very friendly. Lovely atmosphers. Its like a tardiss lots of lovely treatment areas giving privacy and a feeling of personal touch. They are very helpful in trying their best to give you an appointment if you need something quick.
More importantly I am now determined to grow my nails since having the manicure and shellac.
You need to go in to truely apprecite how lovely and big the salon is.
