Ordered 2 pairs of factory made-to-measure curtains. One was for a very wide window and unfortunately the pattern didn’t run well and although the curtains were good quality they looked awful! I needed a more bespoke service. I have to say Fenella came to the rescue and completely repaired the damage with her professional craftsmanship at no extra charge. We are delighted with her work. In spite of the initial disappointment with the factory product we are now very happy.

Westbrook Interiors fitted my whole house in April 23 with louvolite vision blinds. We have some very challenging windows including a five window curved bay. From measuring to fitting Westbrooks were very helpful and professional and the end results are wonderful.

Over this weekend we had a slight problem with one of motorised blinds in kitchen. After phoning on Monday first thing the manager came out and fixed the problem. Can't fault their customer service at all special thanks to Rasa for the complicated measuring, Giles for the fitting and Manager Fenella for sorting any issues so efficiently. Can't recommend them more highly. Would definitely use them again.
