I have a bit of a weird one here... I had an awful experience with another salon that took inches and inches of my hair off when it was agreed to get a trim. A literal trim... And I was advised by my hairdresser friend after she had evened off and made the cut workable that I should get some clip in extensions to get some length back to help me feel more like myself. So I did, from the establishment she advised me to. I really am not experienced with these things as I was just used to my natural hair so I called the Weaves and Waves salon to ask for help installing them and styling of possible. After explaining the stress and upset I had been having they asked me to come in. I brought the extensions and explained the issues to them in person. They never usually do anything with other extensions except their own but must of felt sorry for me as they said they would try to help. I was due to go on a friend's birthday night out (this was the 12th of October) and it was my only night out since my own birthday in July. They trimmed the extensions to fit where needed, curled them a bit to match my natural hair and made me feel so much better. I honestly can't thank them enough. Lovely girls, and I was impressed the hair looked so natural! Thank you, sincerely. You really helped me for my friends special day. Lots of compliments and I felt great. I spent £90 having my hair done with Tommy it was not what I asked for at all it did not look any different at all to when I walked in except having a few highlights through the front of my hair. the roots I left with were hurrendous and it just wasn’t nice at all people have commented it was blotchy and not done well at all which I agreed with. I messaged Tommy the next day to say I wasn’t happy and would it be ok to have some more highlights through and he said when I book in for extensions he would. However iv sent numerous messages to his Insta and he’s blatently ignoring me, I can’t afford extentions yet and did not want the hair sorting on the day of getting extensions incase I still wasn’t happy. I wouldn’t have even left a review other than it’s just so unprofessional and rude to ignore messages from clients after spending £90 and having minimal effort put into my hair after explaining at the beginning I wanted a transformation after not having my hair done in over 6 months.it’s just put me off even wanting my extentions done here now I would never go back here

the WORST hair extensions I have ever had. Been having extensions for 5 years (not angel rely hair) and never had any problems with the hair etc. This hair is matted 24/7 and always tangled, even when put in a pony tail the hair bunches up and is in a matt and needs brushing all the time to look normals.

PLEASE AVOID COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

When I have called to let them know the hair is so faulty after paying £270 for the hair itself, I have had the RUDEST people on the end of the phone ZAK and DEBBIE who's customer service is DISGUSTING and I have never been spoken too so badly in my whole life as I have by them. they didn't want to know about the hair and were not apologetic at all and had no sympathy and have said they will be doing nothing for me. so all in all avoid. I had this hair fitted in the WEAVES AND WAVES salon based in Leeds and wigan.

I had my colour done before having my extensions put in and it was the worse colour job ive ever had done and I had it fixed by weaves and waves (a different colourist) and was charged AGAIN!!!!

Been trying to message them for weeks (so unprofessional they only operate via a WhatsApp number on a mobile) and get totally ignored. even the owner of the company Nadine Seal ignores my messages trying to sort this out and has told the hair supplier not to speak to me and to ignore me.

I cant get over whats happened with this company but please AVOID AT ALL COSTS
