BUYERS BEWARE. I ordered a superking duvet from this company. When it arrived it was not a superking. After several messages I returned it to the company costing me over £5 for their mistake. They agreed to pay the postage. They refused to accept it and stated it was the postman fault and it was returned to me. After getting in touch with them I again returned it to them, again costing me over £5. They finally accepted the duvet cover and I did get a refund but no postage. So I'm over £10 down.
They seem to be great at blaming everyone else but themselves.
Whoever is reading this DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is the worst company to buy anything from. Not only did they lie regarding “Royal Mail” collecting the item, they then said that Royal Mail lost it.. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from them as they are so unprofessional

Avoid had a listing for 100% brushed cotton duvet set when infact it was 100% polyester he said he had it confirmed off Olivia Rocco it was 100% brushed cotton I sent him photos with proof and told him I was getting in touch with trading standards for falsely listing a product for sale he told me to do want I want and changed the description of the duvet on the listing also wanted me to pay return postage very unprofessional company to deal with
