When it was owned by the previous management it was excellent was there for nearly 20 years. Now it is under new management it’s awful, the receptionist cut the phone on me. 24 hours before my appointment they call to say the hairdresser has left. Not acceptable. They expect you to pay if you cancel last meeting but means nothing to them for if they cancel on you.
Yes it does warrant 1 star for several reasons. Firstly the receptionist was rude by ignoring me and cutting the phone on me.
Second as a result of the last minute cancellation it made it difficult for me to find another hairdresser who could do what wanted as I needed it done for specific purpose and date.
If the employee had given you notice they were leaving then you should have told me as soon as you knew to allow me time to get another appointment. If your employee quit without giving you notice then it speaks volumes about the professionalism of the business.

Lovely friendly staff, definitely recommend Aimee the young apprentice for blowdries! Millie is an expert with colour, especially colours that are outside of the box! Amazing hair-ups from Paige if you want Wedding hair sorted! Make sure you ask Maddy for a coffee and a head massage, it just tops off the amazing experience of the salon! Xx couldn’t recommend this salon more!

Had my hair cut short from very long yesterday. Really pleased with the end result.
Felt very looked after from entering the salon throughout my whole time having my hair done.
The atmosphere was very calm and organised which made it a really relaxing experience.

Excellent service. They really take the time to listen and discuss your hair and how it's been for you since the last cut and anything you want to change is discussed in full with the pros and cons. All staff are lovely and friendly. I won't go anywhere else. Superb salon with amazing hairdressers.

amazing if you want a haircut but not so much anything else. if you want a slight wave they give you a perm completely wrong if you want your hair dyed they leave a bit undone.
