Had my first appointment with Vanessa today and walked out feeling like a new sparkly new woman. That was ‘just’ a cut and finish. I don’t have an exact vision of what I wanted but I felt I could trust her to work her magic and I’m so glad I did. I love my new hair - Wish I’d booked here so much sooner. Vanessa is lovely, very easy to talk to and genuinely loves what she does. Lots of free parking next to the salon too. Thank you Vanessa

Had a great visit to V Salon today. Vanessa made me feel so welcome and really listened to what I was telling her about my hair. Booked very last minute at V Salon and the were able to squeeze me in, I was feeling completely tired of my hair as it was so heavy and lifeless. I've been going to Vanessa for many years now and have always had a tremendous cut - long and short. My hair has a strong wave and can look awful if the wave isn't taken into account but I've always come away from V salon delighted with my cut and found caring for my hair afterwards so easy. Fantastic hairdresser and lovely salon experience.

I recently had my hair done by a hairdresser in Newcastle that can’t be named as a small claims is pending , but I can say nobody could believe the state of my hair , in certain spots it was snapping off colour patchy it was a nightmare , I was distraught , I went to 3 hairdressers and nobody would touch it they couldn’t believe what the other hairdresser had done , luckily my friend was telling her friend who is a wedding coordinator and recommends to her clients Vanessa from V Salon . I called in expecting to get the same answer as the other hairdressers , but she said if I was willing to wait she would sort it out , so confident . She coloured cut and treated my hair , and I can honestly say I could of cried , she is so talented and explained everything I need to do to get my hair back to normal condition , Thankyou so much Vanessa you have a customer for life
