I came to Urban suite for some fitted wardrobes. Having a rough idea but far off a complete idea I was taken through a design process with Howard. From our first conversation, through the design ideas, options and countless changes I made Howard was patient and very helpful. Howard then came over and measured up my space and showed me some swatches for finishes and colours. The time came for the wardrobes to be fitted and Nick the fitter was amazing. He was professional, friendly, tidy and did an amazing job in the fit.

All in all I am over the moon with my new wardrobes and cannot recommend Urban suite and the team enough. The wardrobes have gained a lot of compliments and I will be going back to Howard for a wardrobe in another room.

Special mention for Howard, a lovely chap who made the whole process seamless and memorable.

The service at Urbansuite is great. They really spend time with you to understand what you are looking for and outline all the specifications available (materials, configurations, etc). The brands they have often can’t be found elsewhere. If you like well designed furniture this is a place for you. Communication and service around delivery is very good.

Very helpful team!! Thank you Howard for being so responsive and helpful. I found the pieces I wanted on the Urban Suite website but Howard helped bring the product to life. With custom drawings, explaining the colour and wood options, plus additional add ons. The delivery process was also smooth. The nightstands are gorgeous and a really unique piece. Very happy with them and the service received!!

We were very pleased with our experience with Urbansuite Batley. Howard was extremely responsive and attentive to the smallest detail. He ensured that the delivery and assembly of the order proceeded smoothly, and was proactive to sort out quickly a small issue (of no fault of Urbansuite) with the overseas manufacturer. We purchased several pieces of contemporary Italian furniture from Urbansuite recently. These included a Presotto Wing bed, some Pianca wall units and a Calligaris console table. We mainly dealt with Howard Gray from the Batley (near Leeds) showroom.

Howard was absolutely brilliant throughout our selection and purchase process. We were unsure of finishes and colours as there were so many options and configurations to choose from. But Howard expertly and patiently guided us through selection, ordering, right through to delivery of the pieces and afterwards to ensure everything was to our complete satisfaction. The fact that we live in the south made the entire process more complicated, but Howard was extremely helpful, sending us samples in the post, as well as directing us to the Windsor showroom where the sales team were also very helpful. Howard took great care, time and effort to ensure that we ended up with exactly the right products and specifications for what we were hoping to achieve and we benefited enormously from Howard’s in-depth knowledge and expertise across a wide range of furniture manufacturers. We couldn’t recommend Howard and Urban Suite highly enough and we will definitely be returning in future.

I discovered Urbansuite after telephoning for a quote on some dining chairs I wanted. Their price bettered others I already had. I ordered over the telephone which was straightforward and efficient.
After such a positive experience I asked Howard to design a 'media wall'. I cannot praise and thank Howard enough for his expertise and time spent on this for me.
Nothing was too much trouble for him, including a home visit to measure and help me with colour and finish options. After ordering I was given updates on the shipping status and delivery was on time.
Urbansuite's joiner was excellent too, professional, polite and experienced. If you want modern, contemporary furniture but with 'old fashioned' customer service try Urbansuite, you will not be disappointed.

Howard from them Urbansuite Leeds Branch has been great. He supported us from start to finish to get exactly the sofa we were looking for! He was able to answer all of our questions and communicated very well throughout the entire process. We are very happy with our sofa and absolutely recommend Urbansuite.
