Avoid this company at all costs. Complete waste of money. I echo the other reviews in terms of money taken for a product not at all useful or professional. Mis- sold what would be delivered, the CEO refused to give a straight answer to any questions and no transparency regarding fees. I complained asked them to stop work and give a refund which was refused so now £2000 down. Looking at reviews on trust pilot and glass door this seems to be the latest in a long line of trading entities all taking money from customers then shutting shop and restarting under a different name.

This company wants you to pay them £500 before they provide any quotes or costings. They will not come out for half an hour and do some quick sketches on paper based on customer requirements and then provide an estimated total cost, like many other companies do? By their way of working, you pay £500 and then they do a design and costing and if you feel the quote is too high compared to another company then you have lost £500?

Waste of time and money. Not experienced , do not listen to what you require. Wasted my money on designs that are not even practical for real life. Took the bathroom design to an expert bathroom fitters and when I mentioned that the design was put by interior designers, he laughed at me as nothing is right in it ....worse design he ever saw. Kitchen design was drawn by my husband as the interior designer did not have a clue.....so upset that I wasted so much money and time...luckily did not go to next stage of having work done by them. Avoid avoid.

Urban Nu has recently completed our restaurant from concept to completion. Very pleased with their work and will most certainly use them again on our next site. Watch this space for next review. We had an awful experience. Please don't waste your money and time with them. They were supposed to give us a refund which they never gave. Highly unprofessional. They have hidden charges which they never talked about. Never answered our calls when i called asking for the refund. They are fake. Please don't go with them. You can do a better job than them.
