Fantastic prices and very helpful, knowledgeable staff; can see they take pride in what they do. Phoned the shop to check on availability and was told if they have it on their website, they have it in stock (which isn't always the case with other shops). Will be my first stop when wanting that 80's retro attire!

Have to say it’s refreshing to see a few more decent menswear shops in bury today and we had a great experience shopping for a shop-allergic son. The staff were super helpful and welcoming and even took the time to take my number for when certain stock came back in and there are loads of quality designer gear for a reasonable price.

What a fantastic shop. For people of a certain age, like myself, its was a step back in time 😁 Loved everything in there. Bought a tracksuit top and jacket for myself and a jacket for my husband. Don't think the menswear means men only, there is plenty in there for us girls.
Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly.
Everything was really reasonably priced aswell.
My new favourite place to shop, just a shame they don't stock kids clothes.

Can’t RATE Urban Menswear enough!, got a couple of pairs of jeans online they came up a size to big, the returns process was so simple but I made a mistake on return slip!. Phoned shop and spoke to Reece couldn’t have been more helpful explained sizing on this particular brand of jeans and arranged to send new size which I received the following day. Avoid at all costs! I recently purchased a CP Company Overshirt which arrived on 10/5/23 without any trouble. However. I opened the package on my bed, tried it on and found it ridiculously small. Albeit, the same size as my other CP Co. Garments (There has been suggestion of sale of counterfeit goods on other reviews but, I cannot confirm nor deny this.) I filled out the return form and returned the jacket to the cellophane bag and then the plastic postal bag. I sealed it with tape. It was out of the bag for all of 5 minutes, if that.
I returned it to Urban Menswear on 11/5/23 and it was signed from at the store on 12/5/23. I then heard nothing! I sent a gentle reminder on 17/5/23 and received a reply that it was ‘in hand.’ I left it. I received another email on 23/5/23, nearly 2 weeks from return receipt date, stating they’d found a mark on the jacket which would require dry cleaning, at my cost! (£9.00) and if this didn’t remove the mark I’d be charged in full and the jacket would be returned to me! I replied, stating that this mark 100% didn’t happen whilst the jacket was in my possession. This was ignored. Today 1/6/23 I have received my refund minus £8.50 and an email from Reece at Urban, stating the dry cleaning was a success!!
This is theft, plain and simple. I have paid the best part of £20 to return a jacket that I merely tried on. I won’t ever purchase from these charlatans again and would recommend any to ship elsewhere
