Ordered a bookshelf and the quality was outstanding. The team of very lovely, and very talented people fitted it all to my dimensions. I was given lots of options for colours of the wood and the pipes, and lots of updates along the way of with being made. The process was easy and very smooth, leading up to the hand delivered book shelf. What a lovely company. Superb! Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Carla and the team made two console tables for us and we are absolutely delighted with both the results and the whole process. Firstly, the furniture itself is absolutely stunning. The team were able to source some vintage legs to go with the table tops, travelling across the country to pick them up. These were paired with some beautiful old wood and a new copper table top from a local supplier. Throughout the whole process, Carla was hugely communicative, responsive and wonderful to work with. Our anticipation built as we were kept updated on progress and saw it all taking shape. And the final product far exceeded our (high!) expecations. And to top it off, Harvey delivered the tables at a convenient time for us, and got them to exactly the spot we wanted them. I couldn't recommend any higher.

Urban Grain did an amazing job of custom making two storage solutions for our retail store; a shelving unit and a floor cabinet with rolling doors. The quality was amazing and the outcome was just as I had envisioned thanks to the detailed visuals they provided. High, quality products, manufacture and top notch customer care.
