Urban Fox in Bagshot is a fantastic and professional hairdresser!
I’ve been going there for the last few months and they're absolutely superb. I've had my hairdresser for a long time in West London (my expectations are high😀) but since I decided to go to Urban Fox I never had to drive to London again. Apart from highly qualified hairdressers, you can also enjoy the warm atmosphere and good music. Big and free car park outside.
Zoran is a class act!

Review for The Urban Fox, Bagshot

I recently visited The Urban Fox in Bagshot for a haircut, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. While discussing a lighthearted topic—whether vegan pizza counts as pizza—the barber (who is also the owner and manager) became argumentative. What began as a casual conversation turned into a prolonged and unnecessary dispute, despite my efforts to de-escalate and move on.

When I politely asked for the topic to be dropped, the barber refused to stop arguing. I eventually explained that if the behavior continued, I would be forced to leave a negative review about my experience. At this point, he outright refused to cut my hair and then proceeded to lecture me about my behavior as if I was in the wrong for setting a boundary as a paying customer.

What makes this situation even worse is that the barber was fully aware of my autism, as I had my support worker with me during the visit, without whom I wouldn’t have been able to access his services. Despite knowing this, he still chose to argue, refuse service, and behave in a way that was not only unprofessional but completely insensitive to my needs. Under the Equality Act 2010, businesses are expected to make reasonable adjustments and ensure their services are accessible and welcoming to individuals with disabilities. The barber’s actions showed a lack of respect for these responsibilities, leaving me feeling humiliated and unwelcome.

I came to this establishment expecting a simple haircut, not an argument or a lecture. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect a respectful and professional environment. Sadly, that was not the case here.

I wouldn’t recommend The Urban Fox to anyone who values courteous and professional service. This kind of behaviour, especially from someone aware of a customer's disability, is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business.

Great service, highly professional, keep a record of how you like your hair being done so there's no need to talk through it every time, or if you do want it different, you can easily reference it to the last cut, which makes it so much easier to get exactly what you want. Also serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks alongside your haircut - having a G&T after work whilst having a haircut is definitely a good thing!

Just moved to the area and while my partner went to Longacres, I booked and got a haircut!! What a place!! A lovely atmosphere, great music and professional haircut! One of the best… in my partners opinion!
The barber was Zoran… who was superb, so thank you!! I’m now all set for Christmas and just like Armie… I’ll be back! 👍🏼

I found this barber on Google search, which seemed to be a highly reviewed place to go to. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The booking system is simple. Attention to detail in customer service is very high. I will return more regularly.
