Went in today on my break without an appointment desperately needing a wash and a blow dry as i had a bad headache. Malissa was great she took me in and gave me a wonderful massage when washing my hair and left it feeling lovely and light. Great service, friendly and the price was great!

Went in for a basic straight hair trim and she messed it up, took almost an hour too. One side was longer than the other now I have to wait til it grows back to get another hair cut from a competent hairdresser. I recommend Kutters over this place. In the end she charged me £20. Was not happy whatsoever

Wife travels all the way for 2 hours to this place after booking her treatments weeks before only to be told on arrival they Don't accept the experience vouchers yet then salon details are on the voucher.
They also claimed she never had any booking under her name. I called to find out what was going on and the lady who answered just about understood English to say they do accept them.
Couldn't run a bath this team an absolute shambles. Good luck to all other people who have the misfortune to come here.

Absolutely awful place. Had my eyelashes tinted here last Friday....they made me look terrible. Not only did they put way too much dye on my lashes they also put a HUGE thick black line under my eyes that looked like panda eyes...I also had the lady who was applying it tell me to keep my eyes OPEN as she was applying the dye so she got dye all in my eyeball and I couldn't see properly for half an hour after I had it done. I then had the other lady shout "No No No keep your eyes closed!" and both women were telling me two different things. I told them I wasn't happy with the result and they was blunt with me and said "I told you to wipe your eyes and you didn't" such rude women and absolutely terrible job. I could have done a better job. It looked like they did it when drunk. Luckily I managed to wipe a lot off. Never will return to this place.
