I wish there were 6 stars. These guys are great! The item I ordered was a bit small - my fault not theirs - and they were so helpful in getting me a replacement. No fuss, really easy and really helpful people on their phone line. Will definitely use them again. I strongly recommend them

Fantastic company. I had an issue where the wrong sized (long) sleeping bag came within the correct sized outer bag (regular), Charlotte was absolutely fantastic and sorted this so quick. Got correct one posted out to me in time for a camping trip. Can't recommend enough, will def use again and will pop in for a browse if in the area. Cheers

Quality gear at great prices. Excellent customer service I was helped out by both Lois & Bex when troubleshooting a faulty tent, they quickly arranged for the return of the faulty item and sent out a new one. Can't fault them! I will certainly be using this company again!

I've been looking around for a warm,lightweight, waterproof jacket for a while now. I already have a Rab jacket which I don't like to wear in the rain as I feel it may ruin the jacket if it were to get a good soaking! Then I saw a Rab Valiance jacket on the Ultralight Outdoor Gear website and thought this is just what I'm looking for. I managed to pick it up from the showroom the other morning after reserving it via an email. On arrival at the showroom I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. He was able to explain to me all the main features of the jacket and thought yes I'm going to buy it. Only had it on once so far in light rain and was excellent, never thought I would say this but I hope we get some heavy rain soon as I'm itching to give it a real test. !!

Wow this place is amazing this morning I had a package intercepted and stolen since then customer service has been fast and very clear I’m glad I chose this company over any other to order my gear from.
Rob from customer service is great his replies are fast and he was straight to the point I really appreciate this as a lot as he’s just saved me from cancelling my camping trip altogether.
