I have been coming here for over 8 years and have never left disappointed! Erin and the team are the most welcoming and friendly making the experience second to none. Erin's artistic talent and creativity make my regular road trups for nail visits well worth it

Not impressed had better manicures/pedicures elsewhere (and for less money) never soaked my nails before rough filing and pulling off excess cuticle's. website not clear regarding gel varnish and Nail Art (extra £5 for pattern) only had choice plain colours or glitter…. Although staff extremely pleasant I personally didn’t find the experience pleasurable. I feel like I’ve dust particles under my nails which weren’t washed after filing .I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Wonderful experience at Tweezers with the friendly staff and delightful salon. I had a disastrous manicure at another salon. I took my poor battered nails to Erin and her wonderful team and they were so kind and gentle and left my hands and nails looking wonderful. I shall definitely return!

Just returned from Tweezers.. What a lovely, clean, friendly nail salon.. Was welcomed on arrival by all the staff with smiles.. I was booked in for gel nails & Hot Stone Massage.. I had Erin do my Gel Nails which was carried out with such professionalism.. I was shown all the colours available, wow what a selection, such a hard choice to pick from.. I finally went for "Bougie", a lovely bright pink, perfect for these sunny days 💕 Erin gave me the choice of shape & length and they are exactly how I wanted them.

Lauren carried out my Hot Stone Massage.. What a stunning, clean, amazing smelling spa upstairs 😍 Lauren showed me to the room, asked all the relevant questions before hand, then left me to get undressed.. I can normally chatter through a Massage, but the room makes you feel so relaxed you just drift off.. I could stay there all day.. The Massage is the best I've had (and I've visited a lot of spas in my time) The smell of the oil was amazing, the pressure was spot on.. I couldn't leave without booking more appointments which I'm already looking forward to 💕 I couldn't recommend Tweezers enough and will be letting my friends know about this gem of a salon.. Thank you Tweezers for the best morning 😍 See you again very soon x

I booked for a lash lift and unfortunately the day before my appointment I realised I had conjunctivitis ( am now having antibiotic eye drops for this condition) and as this is highly contagious I rang at 7.30 am today and left message to highlight my condition and inability to attend for the treatment in the hope that the appointment could be utilised for another customer.

I got a lovely message to thank me for contacting the salon and that they wouldn’t have been able to treat me anyway.
I looked on my emails after to find that I had a message to say I would be charged 30% of the full fee for a late cancellation.

I tried to contact the salon by landline and mobile (10 times in total ) throughout the day. I finally got a response at 15.40 however when I started to discuss the late cancellation fee and the fact that they wouldn’t have delivered the treatment I was told that the staff member needed to deal with a customer and would phone me back asap. No call was made despite me messaging to say please phone me before close of business at 7pm. No call was ever made.

Shameful. Will not recommend this salon to anyone as the customer service and response to messaging is appalling. In fact I will advise my contacts to look elsewhere for beauty therapies. The one star is for the very nice initial text message to say they wouldn’t have treated me if I had turned up! For anyone else in this situation don’t do the decent thing, just rock up!!
