I've used Trim-it for many years I have seen every member of the family over my time from 1988, as a Theatrical Costumier, I'm in there all the time, they have a huge selection of fabrics to suit every pocket, so worth a visit, be it stones sequin satins voils or lycras and feathers, Brilliant place and parking in the week is easy weekends are less so but I've never had to pay yet....

I purchased various crystals, motifs online (Wednesday). Unfortunately they could not for fill my whole order but rang immediately to advise. I missed the call but rang back on Friday (mid morning). After changing my mind and decisions made I finalised my order Friday lunch time. I asked when I was likely to receive my order (I was expecting it to be Monday - Wednesday the following week). I was advised it would be Monday.

Late Friday afternoon I received a text to say I would be given a 1 hour time slot of when the delivery would be due. Saturday morning I received another text to say my parcel would be with me within the hour. My parcel turned up Saturday morning bang on time! I have waited at home for several hours with previous couriers/other companies that do not show. Very frustrating indeed.
Thank you Steven for getting my urgent parcel to me earlier than you stated!! Really impressed. Keep up the excellent service. More than happy with my order and highly recommend.

Have shopped at Trim It’s for many years. I first starting using it when Stephens Grandfather ran it the old shop. When Stephan took over he did a fantastic job of building it up, and it’s even better in the new shop. They carry a huge range of materials and accessories. Excellent service and the staff are very helpful.

First visit today while on holiday in Blackpool. I was in awe of the amount of stock in the store. If you make dance wear costumes then this shop is a must. As it is I only needed a meter of plain black jersey which is all I bought. I had to stop myself buying more! Helpful staff.

Ordered silver metallic fringe trim, when it arrived I was not happy with the quality, so I got in touch with Steven and ask for a return and refund, but he refused stating 'because it was cut for my order he would not refund, I'm very unhappy about this as the quality feels and looks cheap and tackie.
Definitely will not use again or recommend

Ordered material online. Material arrived and was nothing like the colour on the website. When i raised the complaint i was told that my computer screen was the reason the colour looked different and that it was the right colour. They refused to exchange the material but funnily enough said i could order and pay for the colour i actually wanted. Needless to say, i did not!!!!!

Recently had a trim of jack froggatt, van was clean and the music was popping. The hair cut and service was top tier. Keep up the good work mate.
