On my previous experience visiting this salon. I selected for a different stylist from my regular lady who has done my hair in the past

However the lady who did my hair for the appointment was rough with my hair and felt that she was a little distracted overall

I was late for my appointment and it was evident that she was rushing. This is the
first I felt uncomfortable with the handling of my hair and it was untill over an hour into my appointment that a member of staff offered me a coffee.

Finally, I am happy with the colour and look of my hair after my appointment but will ask for another member of staff

Amazing!! After being let down several times by my usual lady I didn’t know where to turn. Found this little gem of a place in the health center I recently joined. Impeccable service by all staff, such a lovely experience. My hands and toes have never looked so good. So happy I went there to have them done for my holiday. Perfect nails and perfect service. 🙂

After not having a professional haircut for years I took the plunge and went today for a cut & blow dry with Dawn.

I have been going to Ami to have my hair done for the last 6 years and would never go to anybody else , not only is she precise and amazing colour expert (making my dark box brown dyed hair beautiful golden blonde over the years) she is also is amazing at extensions which I have recently been having, my hair quality and the attention to detail has been always incredible from Ami and she delivers high standards at each appointment and meticulous, I would never go to any one else , If you are looking for colour cut or extensions look no further than Ami you will feel happy and comfortable and come out the salon looking incredible with hair that lasts beautifully

Haircut and blowdry. Not a nice payment system. I got charged 50% deposit on booking, then got charged in full on a day. The response was that I will have my deposit refunded within a few working days - very cheeky system

My last two appointments for massage were canceled twice in one month with very short notice. First time was with just one hour before the appointment, the staff on the shift said is the system problem, Actually she can’t perform the massage I’ve booked as she’s not qualified for the type of massage I’ve booked Second time and they canceled my appointment just 40 mins before my appointment. I am already downstairs. The staff told me her hand is hurt for whole day can’t do the proper massage. Extremely disappointed to be let down and ruin our plans as a member I really enjoy the facilities and want to spend more time and money here however if the service we expect will not improve we will look for other options .
I hope the management can work on a better booking system and maybe more qualified staff to cover all those “”system error’s and shortage of staff “”
