My partner and I spent a very enjoyable day making willow baskets. Victoria taught us some of the important technical terms relating to willow weaving without making things overly complicated. We were both delighted with our (very different) baskets and have been putting them to use for allotment produce gathering and shopping. I stupidly left my coat behind and Victoria was kind enough to post it on afterwards without charging me which was very kind of her. I would highly recommend the Willow Barn and intend going back later in the year to do a different day course.
