Lovely first appointment with Syd, listened to how I wanted my hair cut & styled, after a consultation with her and filled out a salon form with my expectations and things I didn’t like. After having my hair washed and a nice head massage, I asked about the products they used but didn’t feel pressured into buying them which I probably will in the coming appointments. Staff all friendly that I met today, felt pampered but not made to feel “experimented” on. They were to time and I wasn’t kept waiting around when I arrived and also in between washing & cutting & blow drying which was good. They served me a nice coffee and biscuit which was nicely presented and most welcome. I Have booked another appointment with Syd and was asked to pay a deposit of£10 which on this occasion I was happy to pay. They had a recommend a friend card which I had received which I used and made the first appointment very reasonable so altogether a lovely experience thank you.

Second time here and the staff are all so lovely and friendly, Syd is a great hairdresser and so nice. Explains everything and lets me decide how I want things done. I have blue hair and that's never been looked down on, and that really means a lot to me!

I had a Japanese head massage, and it was such a pleasant experience! The atmosphere was calming, and the massage itself was incredibly relaxing. I could feel the tension melting away, and by the end, I felt completely refreshed. The service was professional and soothing, making it a truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommend Vintage Avenue….Chloe always creates wonderful colours for me and perfect cuts! All the staff are amazing! I also recently had the new Japanese Head Spa with Katie. WOW!! Truly amazing and relaxing experience. Will be booking the 45 minute one next!

Edi was very welcoming into the salon for my treatment. Greeted by a warm smile from all the staff at The Vintage Avenue. Love the colour on my toes, summer pop and ready for the beach. Edi was very chatty too, talked me through other treatments as I had lots of questions. The salons really calming and just a nice place to be, early on a Saturday morning with a warm coffee. Thanks Edi, I’ll see you again soon. X

Today was my first time in Vintage Avenue and it’s safe to say I will be back (I’ve already booked my return appointment for Feb) . Such a lovely atmosphere in there . Amazing wash cut and blow dry - super happy with the results. Freya was wonderful and completely understood what I wanted. 5 stars ⭐️
