The Silk Bureau is a wonderful company. BRAJOH, is a year into development of luxury silk scarf lines, which demand the best quality of everything. We have been test-printing with companies globally for best resolution, color accuracy, color vibrancy, line quality, fabric quality, color fastness. So far, The Silk Bureau wins hands down. They really do bring the best possible forward. Their customer service is top notch. We had one hiccup along the way, which when brought to their attention was quickly, politely and professionally resolved. Print quality on my silk scarves is absolutely perfect; phenomenal colour production and flawless hemming service. They adhered to the deadline that I gave them- they actually delivered early! They also called me up to let me know I’d made a mistake in the original files and also rang to tell me they were dispatching the scarves, which arrived promptly the next day. I’m extremely satisfied!

I have used the Silk Bureau for over 15 years and the are without doubt the best in terms of quality, and I have tried others! Both their silk and cotton prints are beautiful. They are also efficient and very friendly. (The bad review on here is clearly from a rival!!)

Very bad communication. Very complicated and slow process placing an order, responds are taking ages, missinformation on delivery frames and no further follow up is made if they're delayed once you make the payment . I've never received my items. Receiving my refund is going the same way so far. Slow and complicated .

I was very much looking forward to print my fabrics with Silk Berau recommended by a client. Very disappointed
