Such a lovely, calm and relaxing experience seeing as it was my first ever massage. Kay really put me at ease and was so kind and professional throughout the whole process. I only booked it as a treat for my birthday but I will definitely be going back for more as i thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful, clean and warm atmosphere provided as well as the service! All the girls were lovely and the massage was incredible! Feel so much better for it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else as it was such a pleasant experience. Highly highly recommend! Great price too! Couldn’t fault any of it x

Lovely Indian head massage. Great pressure. Lovely lady. Only criticism is that it wasn’t long enough, wanted to stay for another hour at least!! Perfect thanks so much!!
Also great cup of tea and cake, lovely touch. Receptionist was also very helpful and nice. 😊

I've been to a number of salons in Ilfracombe and Exeter and this was head and shoulders ahead of all of them. Beautiful, relaxing surroundings which adhere to high levels of hygiene and cleanliness. Loved the carefully thought out details such as the variety of drinks on offer, and even some little snacks. Prices were on par with others which I was very happy with considering I also received such excellent service. Megan was outstanding. Friendly and highly skilled. I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you!

First visit to the new therapy rooms as I wasn’t disappointed. Beautiful location, super friendly staff and quality treatment right in the town centre but tucked away and quiet with parking across the road. Highly recommend.

Professinal, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Everything smells so wonderfully. Use of high standard facial products. Meg is amazing. She knows exactly what is needed for my skin and treats it with outmost care. My skin feels moisturized, smooth and glowing. I will be back! Thank you!

What an excellent back massage! Kay was attentive in listening to my back related ailments and worked hard to produce an excellent and beneficial massage. This was my first visit to the Retreat and will certainly return.
