Found this lovely store on a visit from Scarborough. Some beautiful pieces on display. Bought 2 gorgeous vases and 2 really unique pictures for our house. The ladies who served us could not have been more helpful. We have already been perusing the website for more items.

Oh my word. Unbelievably helpful. What an amazing company. I needed an urgent present and Brian took my payment over the phone and even took my parcel to his delivery firm to get next day delivery. I have purchased from this company just the once. What I ordered was lovely, but sadly didn't match my interior look after all. I returned it and was refunded with no problems. Excellent products and service to match. I ordered a birthday gift through the website and paid for the optional gift wrapping service, well worth the extra cost. My husband purchased a pair of silk pyjamas for Christmas that cost near on £300!!

After 1 wear the front of the trousers started to fray around the stitching.

I have returned the item and the company have stated they will not refund or exchange as the issue is down to mis use!!!

The waist of the pyjamas are elasticated giving plenty of room. The company implied that I had damaged them wearing by stretching them!

So so disappointed that this company would not help with the situation. We are taking this further to try and resolve as they will not!!

Be careful spending on what you may think is a quality item as in our case they are not.

Went into Shop in York at the weekend. Staff where so unhelpful. Could not answer questions on the items I wanted.
Also noted that a lot of items where not priced. When I asked the staff the price, they had to make a phonecall to their boss to check. Absolutely appalling service. Will not be going back there
