I have been going to this salon for years and everytime I leave I am always so happy. I get my hair done by Sam and Sian and they are both amazing at what they do! My hair has transformed since going here, highly recommend

I can’t believe they fixed my hair. Three weeks ago my normal salon ruined/ burnt my hair. Reading reviews on this salon I decided to ask them for advice .. last week Sian cut and deep conditioned my hair and we discussed further treatments to help my hair look normal again. I left the salon feeling human again and was given hope ,Sian did fantastic cut and I left with hair looking fabulous. I had a further appointment with Jo yesterday for a more intense treatment she went through everything she was doing on my hair .. made me feel so comfortable, Sian came over to see how I was doing .. I can’t praise the salon enough 3 weeks ago I was distraught they have performed a miracle… pictures speak for themselves !! I want to give 10 stars for staff, environment and bing looked after.

If I could I would give 0 stars.
I had an horrible experience. They burned my hair. I had to cut my hair short as they were so ruined that nothing could help. I suspect they burned my hair purposely as a retaliation for holding them accountable for scheduling ( a face to face) appointment at the wrong date.
They still to this day( a year after the “ incident “) are sending messages from time to time trying to reeling me in with with special offers. They still don't even care for spelling my name correctly.

Very happy! When I first moved to the area, I struggled to find a barber or hairdresser who could manage my hair and leave a good result. Debbie was recommended to me and she has more than lived up to expectations. I’ve been very happy with her work ever since and have moved with her as she moved from her previous salon to the Hair Gallery. All the staff I’ve met there are friendly and helpful. Debbie perfectly understands what I want done and is very professional and friendly, I enjoy my visits. Thank you Debbie!

The Hair Gallery deserves every one of the five stars I have given it. It is definitely the best hairdressing experience I have ever had. Even those of us with more difficult hair are given first class treatment, which has not always been the case.
I would particularly like to single out Tash, who has shown such skill and professionalism in cutting my hair and has been the first person ever to tame my double crown

Had my haircut with Sian, couldn’t recommend her enough from the moment I walked into the salon and sat down with her she was energetic and friendly! She did the most amazing hair wash and I could of fell asleep at the basin Sian has been doing my hair for years and has really taken the time to learn, know & remember what I like more than I do myself! 10000/10

I followed my hairdresser, Krin, to the Hair Gallery when Salon Scandinavia closed. She provides consistently good men’s haircuts that last the full 6 weeks between appointments. She knows how I like it and does exactly what I want. She even rinses out my hair at the end to get rid of all the little cut bits of hair that get in your ears and down the back of your neck. The Hair Gallery is a simple, unfussy salon. In my experience, it’s quiet (no loud music or radio) and the haircuts are fairly priced and high quality. It’s suitable for men and women.

After carefully checking hairdressers around Bicester, I was very impressed with the reviews and decided to go ahead and book for my daughter to have balayages done for her prom night as a treat.
After 3 hours in the salon, my daughters hair did not change! She showed a picture before starting with beautiful blends and a few shades lighter… to our surprise, it was anything but that. Only a few strands of highlight on the front and that was it !
I have also never been to a hairdresser that after colouring, was not blow dried… the hair dresser dried her hair with fingers only. Just had a look on the website and the hair dresser is not even part of the main team…
Super dissatisfied and disappointed.
I felt like a paid for absolutely nothing to get done. And not only that, my daughters hair now feels like straw… the product damaged her hair whatever it was.
