Most unreliable shop! I've travelled just over half an hour to get there and find out with from a piece of paper on the door the store is temporarlily closed even though online they say they are open! Ridiculous! No reasoning either. When I last shopped there staff were terrible chatting to each other rather then serving customers but I had to go back to get more of the fabric for my uni textiles piece which I now can't complete. Worst shop.

The customer service is not much, only if you don't mind waiting for the staff to stop chatting about their personal lives. I'm not joking I stood and waited for material to be cut once, they looked at me but had to finish their conversation before serving me.....it wasn't work related! Another time I asked a member of staff if they had some material I wanted as there wasn't enough on the roll on shop floor, she told me they get a delivery on a certain day and to come back then, I asked if she knew if any was out back, to which she replied..."I don't actually know" ! I then had to ask again if she would go and look, she rolled her eyes and off she went....coming back as quick as she left saying "nope"! After these two incidences I only go here if I am in desperate need of supplies...but not material. I go to Pitsea market or Queen's Market for that! The prices for material is too expensive for me.
