Visited with my sister who was in search of material to make clothes for herself, and material for some baby clothes too. We found loads of options for all the projects she had in mind, and also found inspiration for more projects too! A great range of well organised materials, as well as other sewing bits and bobs. Awesome service from the ladies in this shop. Had a tired old hallway telephone seat that needed an overhaul and this material did the job nicely. Very reasonable pricing, attentive service, even explained how best to do it. If all shops were as great as this our town centres would be thriving again.

Fabulous kind and helpful staff. I attended a sewing workshop yesterday and had a lovely day (not just because of the tea and cakes!). The tutor was excellent, a qualified teacher and an expert in sewing. I came away thoroughly satisfied with the t-shirt that I made and cannot wait to make another. Thank you to all for making this an enjoyable experience. I have signed up for another!

They helped me with all the things in needed for my GCSE fabric and buttons . They really know what they are doing so helpful .They told me about the workshops they were doing that were very interesting, they gave me a sheet. The picture I added was part of one of the workshops .

What a wonderful shop full of gorgeous fabrics and all the notions you could need/want! The icing on the cake is definitely the wonderfully knowledgeable staff. I attended a sewing class and was made so welcome by the exceptionally kind and encouraging tutor. As a beginner I was given time and expert advice and came away feeling more confident and encouraged. Highly recommended.
