Staff is friendly and very helpful. We are from the States and travel to the Cotswolds each Winter to stock up on quality made sweaters! Just can’t say enough!

We've been here before and have had great experiences in the past but this last time we had this older lady with short blond hair that came over to where we were trying on scarves and snatched the packaging away because she was worried we weren't going to put it away after trying it on. I told her that she was mistaken and I was going to put it away, but she just ignored us. It was very rude and uncalled for. The products are wonderful and we still bought a couple scarves but will not be visiting this location again because of the rude sales lady.
