Lucy is the worst hairdresser in the world. She doesn't see a problem with cutting the child hair. She didn't want to return the money, just to fix it. No thanks! I do not recommend

Absolutely disgusted in this hair salon. If they can even call themselves that. Went in for a little cut, literally a straight cut just slightly shorter. On first glance, it looked ok. When getting home and styling it myself, I noticed it’s all different levels, I went back to the salon to make a complaint, the manager Lucy, didn’t even ask if she could see the hair, just told me to take a seat for it to be levelled out, I explained I didn’t want to do this as I don’t trust them to cut my hair after not even being able to do a bog standard straight cut, I explained I would just like a refund. All I got back was “we don’t issue refunds hun” “sorry hun” so patronising. So disheartening I spent £30 to treat myself and left with a disgraceful haircut. Rude staff. No sincere apology. Just absolutely disgraceful. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I will never use The Cutting Bar again following the worst haircut I have ever had. I don't know why she bothered asking me what I wanted, as she completely ignored my instructions. I had been growing my hair and only wanted a tidy while retaining the length, it will now take about 3 months to get back to where it was. Very unhappy.

Visited The Cutting Bar today 22/09/2023 to get my hair cut before holiday and had my hair cut by Monika. This is my second time getting my hair cut there and both times I have been very happy with Monika's handy work. All the hairdressers there are lovely, friendly and talented. I will always return

I was here before and they did a good job but lady isn’t there anymore and I’m skeptic with hairdressers and after my experience Honestly if I could give no stars I would.
I went a few months back and had a lady who I feel isn’t experienced I don’t think they hire “hair dressers”.
I love my hair my hair is the only thing that makes me confident, I needed a trim A TRIM she chopped my hair said someone cut my hair badly when I explained what my style was and said she’d fix it and chopped it all off, now my hair is thin and choppy never had I felt so insecure about how I look
Mind you I have a hair dress I usually go to for my hair and thought I may try something new and let another cut my hair no way never again WORD OF ADVICE STICK TO YOIR HAIRDRESSERS DONT DO WHAT I DID I’m so insecure with how my hair is now

Just been there !

Went once before ( had a super nice friendly lady tall with glasses that did my hair and absolutely loved it! She was busy today with mother client)

Went today again really happy to get a new haircut! Fresh for my new job! An older lady came with glasses start touching my hair and goes you have insects I can’t do your hair for health and safety reasons! Try to explain no I don’t have it could be just hair spray she kept insisting really rudely! I faced for the first time of my life racism!

Made me upset and went to the closer pharmacy and gp that said no you don’t have any!

Now not going there anymore and going to complain to the police now !
