Just picked up my made to measure curtains and cushion covers and the quality is superb. The staff are great, really friendly and know their business. Definitely recommend this store if you want wide choice of fabrics, top quality and excellent value and service.

This is a review of our shopping experience 29 September 2024, I'll do another review when we collect and hang our curtains! Fabulous range and choice of quality curtain fabrics, excellent range of ready-mades, and staff who know their stock too which is all well priced. Sylvia took care of us and was able to go straight to identify fabrics to suit our needs. The store itself is a real treasure trove for the home, stocking not just curtains but blinds, furniture, lighting and home accessories. - and a coffee shop.
The best bit is of course the excellent service but coming a very close second - the store is immaculate and very well laid out so that you can see right across the floor to quickly identify the area where your search is focused. An absolute pleasure to shop here!

I ordered my curtains on 7th March. At that time there was a 10% discount for on line orders. My on line order would not accept the discount code so I rang and spoke to Paul who also tried with no success ... so he promised he would treat it as a refund and send me the 10% offered. Three emails and two phone calls (and another PROMISE) later it is now 20th May and I have received no refund. Was the discount offer a scam Customer Service rubbish and promises mean nothing .. I have several other rooms that need curtains as we are in a new house but I will never use them again.

Very impressed with this store. Called in as we wanted some bedroom curtains. Staff were very helpful and friendly but without the pressure. We were pointed in the right direction by a member of staff. Found exactly what we wanted straight away. I don't mean this in a bad way but we were in and out with what we wanted, in about 15 minutes. Fantastic.

What can I say. Had a small problem with a pair of ready made curtains. Have to say the customer service was initially exceptional & I don't use that word lightly. Went above and beyond to assist me. Will definately recommend & use again. If only all retailers offered this level of service. I used to deal with high level complaints for a large electronics retailer so I know what level of service is excellent. Thank You. UPDATE : AS CURTAINS WERE FAULTY WAS ADVISED TO RETURN AND P&P WOULD BE REFUNDED, CHASED UP BUT NEVER DONE. BIT OF A LET DOWN AFTER SUCH GOOD SERVICE

Great little place that sells a mix of curtains, bedding, and other house accessories too - such as light fixtures.
Prices are high, but at good quality. Not extortionate levels, but it isn't a dirt cheap bargain place - which if you go knowing that, you'll pay good prices for good quality items.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Place is kept nice and clean - even cafe and toilets are modern.

Cafe is very expensive, but it's nice for an afternoon tea with family.
