I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Bridal Room to find my wedding dress, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, Vic was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

The selection of dresses was extensive, with styles to suit every taste and budget. I was impressed by how attentive my Vic was; she listened to my vision and helped me try on several dresses that perfectly matched what I was looking for.
Ultimately, I found the perfect dress that made me feel stunning! I can't thank enough for the incredible service and support during this special moment in my life. I highly recommend this bridal shop to any bride to be.

I visited The Bridal Room on recommendation of my cousin, and I am so glad I went!
I said yes to the dress and returned to purchase my veil and other accessories.
I got married a few weeks ago and the compliments I received on my dress were amazing.
Vicky is so lovely and made me feel so at ease. I'm on the bigger size and found other shops didn't carry sizes I was able to try on but The Bridal Room was different. I didn't feel judged for being overweight and I was made to feel so comfortable.
Would highly recommend to any future brides and I would give 10 stars if I could!

My experience finding my perfect dress was nothing short of amazing. For a woman- the dress is such an integral part of our special day, but can be overwhelming. Before my visit I felt nervous and overwhelmed with the options- not really sure which dress was for me. As soon as we arrived Vicky made the occasion so special. She gave knowledgable advice, but also allowed us the freedom to go with the flow- selecting a variety of dresses until I found “the one”
I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point, just free to enjoy the moment.
By the end of my first visit I felt so special, just like a bride. My dress arrived yesterday, I went to try it on. It is perfect, and Vicky’s special, intimate small touches just add to the experience. She really does think of everything to make the experience memorable. Thank you Vicky- you’ve made me one happy and excited bride to be, and I’ll never forget the experience X

I had the most amazing experience at The Bridal Room today! Vicky and Sam were both fantastic. I was so nervous and explained this to Vicky on the phone yesterday. She put me at ease straight away. She knew my vision and found the most gorgeous dresses. Having exclusive use of the boutique helped loads as it made me feel so comfortable and only had to think about myself. I tried on 6 dresses that were perfect for me and then retried on number 2 which was my dream dress! It ended with us all in tears as I said YES to the DRESS! I can’t wait for my future visits with Vicky & Sam! Thank you both for all your help and expertise! 💗

Dear Vicky,

I had a feeling that today would be a good bridal trying dresses day.
Your room its very welcoming and warm, like your personality.
The little hand signs made even better for the guests to express themselves about the bridal choices.
Your high professionalism, help me choose the right dress at the first visit.

Vicky was amazing she listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect dress one thing I wasnt happy with and without a thought she came up with an idea which worked brilliantly. Would definitely recommend going to her for your dress & accessories xx

I accompanied my daughter and we had an awful experience. We arrived a few minutes late due to traffic; my daughter advised the Bridal Rooms in advance that we would be a few minutes late and understood the time would be deducted from our appointment. However, upon arrival, it was very hostile. Throughout our appointment, we were constantly reminded that we arrived a few minutes lates. When asking for guidance on what dress would be recommended from a professional viewpoint we were greeted with a sarcastic comment “how should I know, when clearly she doesn’t know what she wants”.
My daughter eventually found her dress, and expressed that this was ‘the’ dress. However, she was unable to take in the moment, as again time was the issue. The owner of the store was more focussed on time which made the whole experience uncomfortable.

Thankfully, my daughter found her wedding dress elsewhere, whereby she had the fairytale experience that she should have had.

I would highly recommend going to another bridal store, especially if you/your daughter are looking for the fairytale experience.
