It is easy to get lost in the treasure trove of fabrics in the Textile Plaza. Although there has been a noticeable price increase recently, this is always the best place to buy a wide array of quality fabrics and stunning designs.

The customer service is always excellent, both in store, and when ordering online. As I live far away, at times I have to rely on video calls and order over the phone, I have to say this service is always the best. My requests are always responded to quickly and fabric dispatched quickly.

Perhaps what I appreciate the most, both at the plaza and at the store is not feeling judged because of my size. Usually, going to an asian clothing/fabric store leaves me full of dread due to the stares and being treated differently as I am curvier than others. However, with O&P, I am always greeted with a smile, treated with respect, and never feel judged.

This is one of the reasons why O&P will always have my custom, compared to other stores. It’s how you make people feel, service you provide, variety of fabrics/unique designs, and lower price than elsewhere that will keep customers coming back.

I usually have good service and fabric.
But last order the fabric was of poor quality, certainly not evening dress fabric

I phone twice now and return the poor quality fabric at my expense.

Update fabric arrived, but refund as of yet!

If I could leave a zero star I would have, absolutely disgusting staff and racist. My brother went in with his wife and because she was a different race they were laughing at them and made them feel uncomfortable. Absolutely discusting and pathetic behaviour.

Love this place, anything you want to make then buy loose fabric from Textiles plaza , huge variety and great quality. Plenty of parking and ladies at customer service are amazing x. Definitely recommended for loose fabric, designer fabrics, lining and duppattas. Lining fabric is sold at £1.50 a metre and you will get 100% match of colours you looking for.

I visited Textiles Plaza in early Feb to order rumaals and paghs for my wedding. I found the colour but unfortunately they didn't have enough material in stock. I wasn't happy with the customer service as not many of the staff there helped or gave much advice. The man and lady said come back in 4 weeks to see if the colour batch arrives in their next delivery batch but cannot guarantee. I rang Textiles Plaza the following week and a lady staff told me we can place an order if it wasn't stock. I told her I wasn't told this when I visited the shop. Really disappointed with the customer service I received on the day I visited. However I can say the amount of variety of colours for fabric and outfit choice they have is unbelievable can easily mix and match or create your suits etc.

I was just browsing and asked for a price for some material that I liked. The next thing I know I was pressurised into making a purchase as the material had already been cut and packed. I felt cornered into buying it and I certainly did not want to pay three times my budget. Asked for a refund as it was returned on the same day but the owner refused and offered a credit note instead. I will never shop there again as it is too expensive and not an ethical shop. They don’t care about customer service, just bothered about making money. Awful service… do not waste your money or your time.I ended up paying £500 for some material! NEVER AGAIN
