100% recommend this shop. Called this morning for a price to replace my phone screen. Price was better than other places I’d called so took the phone straight away and was fixed in 30 minutes. Even put on a screen protector for free when I said the phone was a gift for my son’s birthday. Offered advice on pays as you go SIMs too which are free from this shop. Thank you for a brilliant service

Fantastic service! What a lovely man who runs the shop is! He was so kind and helpful and went over and above to help me sort my phone out. He made a temporary fix to my old phone to enable to transfer all my data over to the new phone and repaired the screen on my new phone, nothing was too much trouble! He even stayed behind to help me when he should have finished work already as he was travelling to see his family and I made him very late! Excellent service - will not now go anywhere else! Thoroughly recommend - thank you so much for all you have done for me today and for rescuing me!

The young man who runs this business deserves a medal! I am super impressed at the high level of service and helpfulness. My old mobile had a damaged screen that was completely obliterated, rendering it unusable. I ordered a new phone and couldn't do the transfer myself because of the screen damage to the old phone. I took both phones (old and new) to Tech and Mend. He very generously fitted a new screen to my old phone and completed the whole transfer for me. To save me money, the new screen was then removed from the old phone as it was only needed temporarily to enable the successful set-up of my new phone. It saved me a lot of money. He worked patiently and diligently , resulting in an excellent job. He was so friendly and professional and even made me a cup of Indian tea. Honestly, I can't recommend Tech and Mend enough. I will never go anywhere else for any technical issues that need resolving. It's an excellent company!
