Cushion started falling apart within 3 years, despite light use. Other cushions in the same setting are fine, so the issue seems to be poor quality. Write to SW who offered a 10% discount on a new cushion which felt inadequate. Expected high quality and assurance given the price so
couldn’t possibly recommend the shop to others.

I love the Alresford shop. I've made several purchases for my new home and get lovely comments from visitors and of course I'm over the moon with everything I buy. The staff are also friendly and helpful

This is a lovely shop. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Some items are a little expensive but there are nick nacks that are affordable and who wouldn't want a Susie Watson item in their home!

The staff in the shop are wonderful but I had a terrible experience ordering online. Faulty products which were incorrectly blamed on me. Terrible customer service and a drawn out process to refund. Will never order online again and strongly recommend against doing so.
