This website like many other sadly does NOT stock a lot of the items they have listed as "IN STOCK" on their website. I ordered a set of Curtains and a Suitable Curtain Pole to go with the Curtains. I was then told 24 hours later they were happily shipping the Pole and asked "would I like to choose some different curtains" I asked them to NOT Part Ship any of the order, and just give me a refund, and they continued to ship the order a day later. POOR SHOW.

Fantastically enormous collection of furnishing fabrics. When we moved to Walton I needed curtains for three rooms, two the full width of the house. Each room is very different but I found exactly the fabric we wanted (even husband agreed all) and even managed to revive an old chair. The fabric was a delight to work with and the staff all very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this shop.
I had my new curtains installed today. Doris assisted me initially, but then I also dealt with Luisa. They are both super friendly and helpful. The shop has a fantastic range of fabrics to choose from. My curtains were installed by Tom and he was very helpful and did an excellent installation job. I love my new curtains as they look absolutely stunning. Thank you team.

I’ve had my Roman blind in my bedroom for 12years. The strings began to break with wear & tear. I thought that I would have to purchase a new one, which would be costly! I popped into the shop in Chertsey to enquire about possibly repair! I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price for repair with Surrey Interiors. They came out a few days later and within 15 minutes, I had complete new strings attached and my Roman blind looking as good as new. Ray was also very professional and I would highly recommend their services! Thank you, Lorraine

A great experience all round. Adriana, Luisa and John helped overcome Covid Lockdown-induced challenges to measure, make and install beautiful curtains and voiles in a tricky space. We took a long time deciding which curtain specialist to use for this project and are delighted with the end result. They are all a pleasure to deal with and John has a meticulous eye for detail, taking a real pride in his work.

I wanted a 2 seater and 3 seater settee cushions restuffed. Not an easy job as they were fixed. The3 lady in the shop appeared disinterested but a man told her to call Chris. (Best move ever). I showed Chris a photograph of the settee and he said that he would need to come to the house to look at them, There would be a £60 charge but this would be refundable if we had the work done at a cost of £280 for the 2 seater and £380 for the 3 seated. I agreed, To cut a lpng story short Chris dismantled the settees and took the seat cushions to his work. CHRIS DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND IS VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. What has upset me is that even though IF insist on payment prior to work which I duly did (£660) the lady from IF refused to refund the initial £60 saying that Chris had to make journeys to collect and deliver the cushions and that the £660 was simply for his labour. I asked her if she expected my wife and I to carry the settees and she just said that some of her customers had vans. Her attitude towards me as a customer was not simply disappointing but verging on arrogance, Such a shame for a front of house representative to have such terrible customer service compared to staff such as Chris who was quite exceptional. The bottom line is that this lady has left me feeling that I have been cheated out of £60 and I recommend that anyone using this company get their services in writing. IF YOU HAVE SETTEES THAT NEED WORK THEN DO NOT HESITATE TO SPEAK TO CHRIS.
