The BEST course I have ever been on! Gigha is an excellent teacher, friendly and very supportive. Every member of my 2 day class made something to be proud of. Gigha helped where needed, wasn't intrusive and didn't take over with a huff. The pre-course information was great and when arriving the planning and preparation on her part was evident. Can't recommend her courses highly enough.

I booked on to a day making Christmas decorations, I got so much more. An excellent day, great welcome, super facilities and wonderful teaching, creativity and encouragement. The workshop is packed with every resource you would need and more. Terrific character in the old building’s surroundings and a very relaxed atmosphere to learn, ask questions and immerse yourself in this wonderful process. Along the way you can buy everything you would need to continue this fascinating craft at home, Gingha will ensure you have the appropriate equipment. Regular tea and biscuits and lovely lunch, perfect!
I felt a great thrill walking out with my finished pieces-I will be back next year to experience fused glass. Thanks Gingha.

This is a very special experience on all counts! Firstly, the teaching, mentoring, generosity and care Gigha gives to everyone is a credit to her- the humour is a big added bonus! You feel very involved and nurtured but equally, allowed to follow your individual ideas with thoughtful advice to help you make something realistically possible.
Secondly, working with glass in its different forms is amazing and very fulfilling- it doesn’t matter how creative or not you are you always walk away with something you are pleased with.
Thirdly, the environment- a beautiful, inspiring set up that needs to be seen and experienced!
Overall, the experience is wonderful and I highly recommend it.
It does however come with a warning… you will want to go back for more it’s so good!

Gigha is a great teacher. This was my first time working with stained glass and I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Gigha gave good advice on my intended design to make sure that I finished my piece by the end of the day. The workshop is well stocked, has all the tools you need and plenty of examples of Gigha’s work for inspiration. A wonderful day, thoroughly recommended, I will be back. Thanks Gigha.

Spent the weekend creating a leaded stained glass panel with Gigha. Delighted with the finished piece. Given help as required, lots of choice of glass, filling lunch, well resourced workshop. Highly recommended.

An amazing and enjoyable day. Excellent value for money.
From the moment we walked through the door to a wonderful display of Gigha's work we felt inspired. Gigha is a wonderful teacher, she was extremely patient with our ineptitude at the start of the day, imparting advice and encouragement. By the end of the day we were surprisingly able at stainglass creations.

I have attended several workshops with Gigha. I first got hooked making foiled Christmas decorations and have also attended a leaded garden panel one and fusing (3 sessions).

Gigha is a kind and patient tutor who really understand glass and how it can be transformed into beautiful works of art. She is extremely encouraging and also makes an great lunch if the workshop is over a day or two.

The studio is quirky and brimming with her own creations which only inspire you to make your own pieces. It’s like an Aladdin’s Cave.

One word of warning is that it is addictive and you won’t stop at one but I guarantee you will have a great time.

Having attended several workshop's I can honestly say I'm addicted. Gigha is such a great tutor and very attentive lunch is the icing on the cake 🍰 with plenty of tea served all day. The projects I have made have pride of place in my home and adorned by all who visit.
