Took my two daughters here for the first time today using vouchers they received for Christmas. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The girls were really happy with their haircuts and have asked if we can go back for haircuts in the future. Thank so much, we highly recommend xx

I've been getting my hair done here by Sinead for several years, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Until last year, when I decided to stop dying my hair, Sinead always did my colour exactly how I wanted it which was no small achievement as I am very particular about my hair. She always listens carefully when you explain what you'd like to have done and she checks that she has correctly understood by efficiently explaining what she'll do. Sinead is always diligent in checking details such as the amount of hair to be cut, where to place a parting, any fringe wanted and suchlike. I highly recommend Sinead at So Lovely Hair And Beauty. The salon always looks great too, clean throughout including the WC.

Visited today for final part of present. Had a full body massage with Emily .
She was lovely , very good at her job and made me feel very welcome . All the staff are very welcoming, always pleasent when you walk through the door and make you feel that you belong there.
Only one criticism, I had a haircut there one evening and the girl that did it ,Summer , seemed to have an attitude of " why are you here , why are you making me work late".
As soon as she had finished with me she seemed to literally fly out the door as if she had somewhere better to be.
However this will not stop me going back in the future but if it's for a haircut I would rather not have her.
This said and done they ask for a honest review, and I have given one . This is my only down point of my visits. A lovely bunch of people who deserve everything good that may come their way.
