Have been to Snape Malting on and off for years and years - remember coming with my parents! It's changed a lot over the time, with bits of it coming rather fancy (if only I had more money!) Parking is free round the back, and there is a larger overflow car park as well if it's busy.

There is a cafe, deli, home furnishings, antiques store etc. all in the area. Plus there is a few nice bits to wonder about. On our visit we hot some bits in the deli, had a wonder through the main building, then in to antiques before heading round to look at the landscape and get a warm drink from the view cafe. A lovely little stop off!!

The interiors shop at Snape Maltings is such a lovely place for browsing and finding unusual/unique pieces. We purchased a large 'statement piece' mirror with a fir wood surround which looks amazing in our newly converted barn. Customer service was excellent from purchase to delivery. Already looking forward to our next visit!

The host of the aldeburgh food and drink festival every year in September. Which we love and find amazing! Supporting local businesses, give you the opportunity to sample the products and buy at a reasonable price (cheaper then retail) the actual store that is there permanently is also gorgeous (and huge). The cafe sits higher up overlooking the marshes and river. Would highly recommend!
This years tickets were £15 each but the do offer early bird! With the free samples is definitely worth it! But the products are so delicious I’d be surprised if you left empty handed!

Always worth visiting even when the weather's a bit grim. Lovely food in the cafe and deli, interesting array in the shops.
And nice walks around the site, or a stones throw to Aldeburgh

This to me is a retail space as I have never used the other spaces.
Good varied shops though a couple seem to have closed which is disappointing. Food hall and general shopping area well presented and staff helpful. Love the surroundings and the newer cafe as allows dogs - and the cake is def better

Snape Maltings is well worth visiting makes a great day out as there is so much to see and do.
The house and garden shop has so many beautiful things. We bought some new dining chairs from the seckford range and are delighted with them. The shop assistants were very helpful and gave us a telephone number for someone who would deliver them as we were out of area and could not get them in our car. We will be back as we are now looking for a new sofa!

Snape is a great place to visit, plenty to see and if you feel adventurous good for a walk along the river or into the fields.

Plenty of shops from food, clothing presents, has a great antiques shop with 2 floors and a piece at the back.

If you want music then look no further, Snape holds some of the best in East Anglia.

It's a place where you can visit shopping/antiques. It's a great location, but then again, there is nowhere else around.
The items are a bit pricey, but it is worth a visit. You can book a boat ride from here but you need to book in advance
