I had the pleasure of visiting for eyebrow waxing and an eyelash lift My brows look perfectly shaped, and the eyelash lift gave my lashes a beautiful natural curl that opens up my eyes.all staff incredibly skilled, they also creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch beauty services!

Came in for ear piercing, my piercer barely said hi and didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. I expected a needle but she took out a piercing gun. When I asked if I could choose the earring she rolled her eyes. Long story short, the gun got stuck in my ear, she was trying to get it out wrangling my lobe for 3 min, very painful, until she called someone else in who took it out in 3 seconds. That piercing has now rejected the other is fine. I debated asking for a refund at the time but I’m not the type to cause a fuss.

Service - Eyebrow thread and HD Brow.

I found the general service of the staff to be extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional.

There was no consultation before she began and it was the quickest eyebrow threading I have ever had, no time taken to ensure eyebrows were shaped evenly or for those finishing touches. There was no aftercare after the threading and after having them tinted for 10 minutes. I would also like to add that there is little to no change to the colour of my brows since having them tinted.

Overall a very disappointing service and made to feel very unwelcome. I will not be returning.

what an amazing place , the staff we’re so friendly and easy to talk to , i had my eyebrows waxed and tinted and i couldn’t be more happier of how they turned out , cleanliness is amazing and prices are very fair !! definetly would come back !!

AVOID!!!! Went to get roots done. Somehow ended up with my whole hair highlighted. I was just trusting the process. Little did I know I’ll end up with my whole hair done! I was charged £130!!! Also wanted a haircut. The woman just did a tiny little trim and it made no difference whatsoever! Every single staff in the salon are extremely rude and arrogant. The staff always speak in their language bitching about customers etc. how unprofessional!! Instead of giving good service they chat in their language so customers don’t understand. I was a south Asian customer and understood everything!

I was a customer for 2 years because I always managed to get last minute appointments but wow they let me down every time. I officially give up. I seriously don’t know how they are open as a business. This salon should be shut down!!!! Even the manager there is useless! Please save your money!!!!

My mum went for her eyebrows waxed and tongues a couple days ago she’s got badly burnt brows and is taking a trip to the hospital because of how painful it is, this will be investigated further with this shop they should not be open as a beautician myself patch testing is crucial and none of this happened we believe the wax was too hot and has seriously burnt my mums eyebrows and her eye lids are red, inflamed and swollen also has crusty eyebrows due to her skin coming off I will be going to trading standards this is not acceptable! And the shape of them? Who on earth thaught shaping them like that is right?! clearly not trained enough or not qualified at all! Picture isn’t very clear but can tell how bad it is to the person who did them and is reading this you should be ashamed of yourself!

Gutted I came here for my brows threaded. She doesn’t ask how you want them just speeds through and has left me looking like something from the Capital in Hunger games. I had nice thick brows and she managed to obliterate them in around 2 minutes. AVOID

Went in for eyebrow tint and wax on Monday and have been burnt by the wax. My eyes are very blistered and swollen. I look like I’ve been in a fight I have been informed that the wax was far too hot to cause this damage.
