I would give it a ZERO rating!! If it allowed me. So unreliable. Second time Anna has not turned up for my hair appointment and not even bothered to call and cancel. I Did think it was strange when she didn't even take my name when I booked appoint over the phone. Basically she forgot my appointment again!! And I was suppose to go out this evening after hair do. What a let down... Her assistant text her to let her know I was waiting and Anna said she had childcare issues. M.mmmm same excuses again.
