Why would you go anywhere else?

I'd been looking everywhere for a nice, small sofa that could fit in around my existing furniture. I wasted ages doing this and finally turned to Shadrack & Wallace, assuming that bespoke meant very expensive - Wrong!

The prices were comparable to other furniture stores but you get the sizing, material etc that you want. there's plenty of choice the staff in store and delivering are lbrilliant, and the wait times for the furniture to be built isn't that long. I'm told it's comparable to a lot off the 'off the shelf' chains.

A fantastic resource. Excellent craftsmanship and lovely people.

Just had new sofa, made to measure, and a recovered chair; both gorgeous. The showroom is fabulous with so much to choose from and the staff were extremely helpful but without any pressure. The guys who delivered the items, Craig and Jack, I think , were so kind and helpful, and quickly rectified a problem with the chair without any fuss. Would definitely recommend this company. I called up for a repair on a settee that wasn't from Shadrack and Wallace. I couldn't believe how amazing they were. They send someone out that day and quickly repaired the broken leg on the settee. I would definitely use this company on any future projects i have. Well done

Outstanding! 5 star +++++ and some! Such a great experience and high quality furniture! We entered the showroom looking for new sofa's and was about to leave as we thought this looks a bit shabby, there is nothing for us here! But we had totally missed the point, this is not a standard sofa show room this is an upholsterers who make beautiful furniture, it is not DFS!
We were greeted by a lovely helpful lady who explained that the showroom provides base line examples which allow you to add your own design, shape, size, colour etc, (which scared us a little as we are clueless on the design front!) But she (and other Shadrack staff) made suggestions, told us what would and wouldn't work and went on to create what we selected to spec.Our sofas arrived today 10/8/21 and wow they are fabulous, they are exactly what we asked for, they are high quality and really, really comfortable. We totally recommend this company, we rarely write reviews but felt compelled to share our great experience!
To top it all off the delivery guys were equally as polite, helpful and importantly careful (they moved our old sofa to our garage which was not an easy task, with no complaints or grumbles). And after bringing our new sofa's in they ensured the cushions were set perfectly, standing back and adjusting them so that they were all in place and then stood back looking proudly at what they had delivered, (that doesn't happen often!). What a great experience and what a great company, you can confidently buy from here for any upholstery and will have no regrets (note this is written by OCD very critical home owners who spot every possible flaw and there aren't any)! Thank you to all at Shadrack & Wallace for your hard work !
