If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired this tailor to create my bridesmaids’ outfits and gave her six months notice to complete the job. Despite this ample time, she left everything until four weeks before my wedding, rushing through the work and causing countless, unnecessary mistakes and stress for me and my bridesmaids.

To summarise the chaos:
• She lost two outfits in her store.
• Claimed not to have enough borders or fabric, only to later find them misplaced in her shop.
• The stitching was so poor that sleeves came undone instantly, forcing some to hire another tailor to fix her shoddy work.
• She constantly missed deadlines, mixed up outfits, and gave the wrong pieces to the wrong people.
• Her rude attitude every time we visited for updates added insult to injury.

The other tailors who fixed her mess were appalled by the poor craftsmanship. For someone who charges above the industry average, her work was shockingly unprofessional. I was genuinely worried the outfits wouldn’t be wearable on the day, despite my careful planning and organisation months in advance.

Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. This experience was a complete nightmare and not worth sacrificing expensive fabric for!

Highly recommend. Great service. I went in looking for a suit for a cousins kurmai and I usually struggle with sizes and material. I got some great advice here and also the fitting of the suit was spot on and very comfortable. The suit was made in good time too! Will definitely be using sew & so again!
