Just completed the Magical Sewing Retreat couple of days and can only say WOW! Amazing accommodation , fantastic staff who feel more like friends the food is outstanding and I learnt so much , along side some lovely fellow sewers … can’t wait to return in July 😆 for more inspiration .. a special thanks to Emma for her patience and understanding ❤️

I have bought lots of fabric from Sew Me Something and it arrives quickly and beautifully packaged. If they have not had enough fabric to fill the order they send an email very quickly and try to help. They run lots of sewing classes and retreats for sewers. A fantastic fabric shop/workshop. The owner has been on the Sewing Quarter on tv and has a wealth of knowledge to pass on to anyone who needs help. Its nice to support an independent shop providing quality sourced fabrics and her own patterns.

Just completed a truly excellent online course "Love your overlocker" with Sew Me Something. Excellent video work so that you can see exactly what is happening, detailed descriptions, a workbook and lots of examples to try out. Well paced and I learned such a lot! The course is designed in bite sized chunks so you can practice everything as you go. It took me about 5 hours to complete - there is a lot of content! Highly recommended for anyone new to overlocking.

I love this place, a beautiful little shop down stairs stuffed with gorgeous fabrics and everything else you might need to create something special. Upstairs is a warm and inviting workroom set up to teach its students many great causes on a wide range of courses, and not just on sewing or dressmaking either.
