Great cuts from Alex as always, and the best colour from Emily! Always wanted pink and she executed it perfectly with several tones, leaving my hair in amazing condition! Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Kayla cut and coloured my 15 year old daughter’s hair recently, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Kayla arranged for my daughter to have a skin patch test in advance of her appointment.
The appointment itself was relaxed and Kayla was friendly and approachable throughout.

I go to Emily at Serenity to have my roots bleached and a fantastic teal colour put over the top. She's super!

I always feel at ease with the chit chat and am made to feel welcome (even when my blue hair dye does stain her hands!!)

She and Kayla (salon owner) are always really welcoming and generally, when I've been there, customers have left the salon looking great, feeling a million dollars and booking to go back.

I’ve had my hair done by Emily twice now. Both times I really liked the end result. I love the calm and chatty atmosphere. Emily is always really friendly and takes her time. It’s really easy to book a slot that suits you, I would definitely recommend going here.

I moved to the local area in early 2023, and found Emily and Kayla at this hair salon. I have my Balyage done by Emily and what a great job she does! On my first visit I went away and after a few days I wanted a bit more taken off my sweeping fringe, Emily didn’t hesitate in doing this for me, no charge and I didn’t even need to rebook I just popped in when I was passing! I’ve been a number of times through the year and each time I’ve loved my finish result! Kayla is also very knowledgable and I wouldn’t hesitate in booking with her if Emily wasn’t available. Both girls are super friendly and non judgemental (like others I’ve been to) and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Emily has done my hair on multiple occasions and I have been nothing but impressed each time. She fixed my hair when it was coloured terribly by another hairdresser at a different salon and has done exactly what I asked for. She takes time and care to make sure the colouring doesn’t damage your hair and is happy to experiment with unusual colours; Just what I asked for!

Had my hair done here in December by Emily. The colour didn’t take and no greys were covered and the colour was no where near what I had asked for even after being there for nearly 4 hours my hair looked no different from when I walked in. I was charged normal price with the promise I’d be contacted to get me back in to rectify. It’s now a month later and no one has called or text. I am really disappointed.
