Horrible product -- would give zero stars if I could. Cheap and overpriced. If you're contemplating a purchase I'd heavily advise you do not go forward with it.

We stupidly purchased one of Secret Linen's £150+ duvet covers and during its first delicate wash (before even use) the material ripped through and there's a giant gaping hole in the sheet. Completely unusable. Testament to how cheap it is -- felt like straw when unpacking.

Would recommend literally anywhere else. Urban Outfitters home, Zara home, H&M home, etc. all more sufficient and way more affordable.

This is fake luxury. Save your money!

I can not say enough good things about Secret Linen Store and their team. The bedding is absolutely beautiful. I had an issue with my order and Maxine was so helpful and responsive, she sorted it out straight away and my new duvet arrived 2 days later. The team was an absolute joy to communicate with. Will definitely be a returning customer 🙂

Super disappointing.
For the price, the bedding has bobbled unmercifully, to which I was told it was my fault for my pyjama choice which would be my unclothed, hair free, jewellery free body in case you were wondering.
They accepted an exchange on the basis that I give the driver the faulty bedding at the exact same time I deliver a new one, which, at 7.45 to my work address was simply not the one. All in all I was made to feel like I had done something wrong and now I am stuck with rather expensive, used looking bedding.
Let’s look for a positive, the colour is great. I could recommend for an occasional use guest bed only.

I purchased a fitted sheet from the store some time ago. I alternate the bedding, but this sheet developed rips, similar to a picture submitted by another customer.
Linen should last many years.
I wash in warm water and never tumble dry.
I suspect the quality is not good.
Other linen bedding I have is good.

Such a lovely company, will definitely be buying from them again! I am a returning customer as I love their products and I ordered a new nightie for my labour hospital bag. They accidentally sent the wrong thing so I emailed them to ask for the correct nightie and that I needed it quite soon as am heavily pregnant. One of their lovely employees rang me back and 24 hours later I have received the correct nightie and they have been very kind and given me an extra one as well, such a lovely surprise, thank you so much!

Amazing quality linen bed sets. We ordered two sets one of which had a problem with it. Emily was fantastic and speedy in dealing with the issue, replacing the duvet within a few working days. Wonderful service and products

What a breath of fresh air this company are! Perfectly set moral compass and absolutely fuss free approach to returns.

I jjust spoke with them as the dpd return site wasn't working. We ordered 6 linen curtains but they were a bit too short (our fault) my wife ordered 6 more that fit but 4 months have gone by before I returned the first set.

No quibble just fantastic friendly approach. Not the cheapest but lovely quality linen and after my dealings with disguting car hire companies and jet companies of the not too difficult kind it is so lovely to deal with a genuine company who focus on quality products, reputation and customer satisfaction.
