Sadly, my hair cut was not good. The hairdresser was tired, which happens to all of us, but I have had to go to another salon and pay again to correct the mistakes. I had a long bob with longer length at the front. She kept cutting the right side which left the left side longer. I wanted contrasting highlights but she didn't even check to see if they had taken. They hadn't. I had no colour in my hair. I was told told the price included a toner. Non was applied. It was very uncomfortable having the foils taken out as they pulled. I have never experienced that before. When I got home I found long strands that hadn't been cut.
It is so sad because the rest of the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The 2 stars are for them.
Sorry, I will not be returning and cannot recommend.

Took my daughter and her friends for a pamper treat. What a total shambles and a waste of money. Took 3 staff members to curl the girls hair but all struggled and kept saying it was due to them having long hair which I've never heard before as i have curled long hair myself and never had a issue. The atmosphere didn't feel like a pamper treat, would have been nice to make it more fun for the young girls by having some treats especially when you're paying £20 p/child. Do not recommend at all. All girls walked out with straight hair despite having them curled by some cheap straightners that didn't work. Kept being told the hairdresser had taken the curlers but this should have been organised when you have a booking of 4 girls. Very unprofessional Will never visit again! Staff need to cheer up a bit a smile doesn't cost anything.

Absolutely fabulous place. I can't recommend them highly enough. Lovely team, Fabulous hairdresser. Really reasonably priced. Looking forward to further treatments.

Went to this salon to fix 3 nails that came
off from another place. Went for Matt black gel and 3 nails had peeled off in 2 days. How does gel peel!?! Went back to get it fixed, changed my colour and was charged £5 for the pleasure of their products being substandard. Plus she cut my cuticle and didn't get all the black off before putting the blue on. Is too much to ask for a professional manicure? It all seems rushed and no attention to detail

I want to thank Lauren for a great hot stone back n shoulder massage today, it was superb.
Lots of tension in my shoulders and Lauren really helped relax me.

I received 3 treatments
Nails massage and tanning. Very happy with the massage and nails but somewhat let down by the tanning service. It's a rub in tan which is more expensive than your average spray tan which I was fully expecting. For the cost I was expecting a luxury salon brand and was very shocked to see they are using a £4 home bargains st Moriz tan which is the cheapest tan you can buy, It's also a bit patchy. Would of been better off doing it myself and saving the money. Aside from that it was a pleasant experience

All of there staff is super sweet.

I kind of am a regular now, they’re always very accommodating and professional.

The best part is, the prices are very reasonable given the standard of their services. Recommended

Thanks to the lovely Kirsty for helping me, I booked a very last minute appointment for acrylic nails with Lauren.
Lauren is a relatively new addition to the team and what a fantastic job she did! I love my nails, thank you Lauren 💖 You are a real asset to the Salon. Xxxx
