I had my daughter’s first hair cut and the experience was lovely! She’s happy and overjoyed with her new look. The things that impressed me was the staffs were very friendly and understanding. I had my special son with me and they were patient and engaging with him as well. I highly recommend this place for their excellent communication and great skills.

I have been going to salon7 for around 7 years now I mainly have sat do my nails 💅🏻 but previously over nail techs have done my nails also. All staff are friendly , approachable and accommodating. Sat will always do her best to do whatever design you would like and is also willing to try out something new. The Salon girls have always welcomed my 1st and 2nd born . My eldest now come for his monthly haircut fernella has lots of patients with my son and has built a great rapport a sweet treat never goes a miss! As for my 2nd born who’s now 4 months more often then not she sits on my lap while I have my nails done sat is always accommodating and understanding if I need to feed which makes me feel very comfortable.I always book a month in advance if there’s any problems sat the owner will try her best to fit you in . Would I go elsewhere for my nails No! Quality products,variation of colours, good chat and a good cuppa x

This was my first and last experience at this salon. When booking the appointment, I had booked 2 back to back appointment yet one was booked under someone different. It wasn't until I called a week prior to confirm the appointment that this problem was then raised. This was my first time having dip kit nails, and im extremely disappointed. The nail tech offered to apply tips onto some of my nails, which I recently broke. I agreed to this as I didn't see a problem, but the bonding glue they used to apply the tips seemed to be everywhere else on my fingers rather than actually on my nail. I requested a French manicure, which they said would be possible, but the white section on my nail is so unbelievably thick it nearly covers half my nail. As you can see from the images, the nails are not smooth, slick finished, but instead are bumpy, uneven, and even have some bubbles. The small red heart I requested on both my ring fingers looks more like Mickey Mouse than a heart! During the appointment we were talking as you typically do during an appointment but at this point it was raised to our attention that our nail tech doesn't particularly like doing nails and would much rather be doing hairdressing. The appointment was rushed with the nail tech being clumsy throughout the time in the salon. Once I left the salon, I drove back past not even moments later to find that the salon was closed. I believe this played an extremely big part in the rushed experience because the beautician clearly had somewhere better to be. My mother was to have her nails done after mine but was told she isn't to have the dip system nor can she have a French manicure but, she is only allowed to have a solid gel colour. This process was also rushed. I paid £40 for my nails alone as this was supposedly a 'senior' nail tech, but the results and experience were what I'd expect from a junior. I shouldn't never have been charged the price I paid for these nails.

I moved to Bedford earlier this year and had reservations about finding a new hairdresser as I always went to the same place in London. I was recommended Salon 7 by a friend and have been extremely satisfied with my service here. Sat always consults with me at the beginning of each appointment but I’m so confident in her that I just pretty much give her free rein to do whatever she thinks and it always looks amazing! She never tried to upsell like I have found in other salons and has actually encourage me to return to my natural roots for easier maintenance for me. It never feels like she is rushed, even when I know she has other clients after me. I’ve also had my eyelashes lifted and eyebrows laminated twice now and am so happy with results. Its such. Lovely experience coming here and all the staff are so lovely. Would recommend Salon 7 to anyone!

Love this Salon, I have been having gels here for years. Sat, the owner, is an amazing nail technician. She is incredibly quick but takes care, I'm always delighted with the results. I have a very busy life so really appreciate how fast but how professional she is. Lovely lady too! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
