I recently had an incredible experience at Rush Basildon, thanks to Carly’s exceptional work on my highlights. Carly took the time to thoroughly discuss my preferences for the full head of highlights, offering valuable suggestions along the way. Throughout the process she explained each step in detail, ensuring I understood why she used certain products or techniques and which ones would best suit my hair type/style. The service was delightful and the whole team were extremely friendly and chatty, which made you feel very welcome. Carly’s expertise and attentiveness made all the difference. If you are considering booking at Rush Basildon, I highly recommend choosing Carly she is truly an asset to the team and I will definitely be returning.

Today I had my first visit at Rush Basildon and was seen by lovely Emilea. I was a bit anxious prior to the appointment as I've not been there before but when I arrived, I received a very warm welcome from the owner lady I believe and Emilea and I was attended to straight away. I was given a professional advice on the best option to achieve good result. Emilea is thorough, quick and great to chat to. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and at ease. The final result has surpassed my expectations and I was in awe of the look of my hair! I am gutted for not taking the picture but it was a proper Insta look. I felt wonderful. The whole process of booking was seamless and straightforward, all staff are really friendly, salon is very clean and well stocked. Oh and their coffee is top notch. I'm already booked for another visit. A great thank you for the entire experience. Highly recommended!

This was my second visit to Rush Basildon, and I could not be happier. The whole team is super friendly and accommodating, the customer service is brilliant. Emilea did my hair both times and has been absolutely amazing. After having some bad experiences at other hairdressers this has restored my faith in getting my hair done. On this occasion I went from a dark brown to blonde and orange/black tips on the end, Emilea was amazing and encouraging in my love to try new whacky things and I truly couldn't be happier. Looking forward to returning. Thank you ~~

Lovely lovely staff and they took really great care of the cut and wash but reason for 3 star is due to the colour, didn't really get what I asked for. It's not bad just not what I wanted really.

I had a blowdry with Kirsty. I needed to pamper myself after doing 2, 50 hour weeks. Kirsty was so lovely, professional & allowed me to sit in silence a lot of the time (I looked so tired😂)
She took her time & didn’t rush unlike a lot of other salons. After curling each section during the blowdry, she pinned the curls for me and almost two days later they’re still holding. She complimented my extensions & I think I even persuaded her into buying herself some! I’d definitely 100% use Kirsty again. Thank you so much for making me feel better. Just the little pick me up I needed x.

Got my hair cut by Emily yesterday which was a big deal for me as I'm not a fan of going to the hairdressers. Took quite a bit off which was even scarier. Emily was great and appreciated how difficult it was for me and gave me lots of reassurance and cut it beautifully. I think I might have found my new hairdresser . Thank you x

I recently had a haircut at Rush in Basildon and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite the friendly staff, the haircut itself was not up to par. The layers were non-existent, and the overall cut was uneven. It's frustrating when the outcome doesn't match expectations, especially when the service was delivered with a smile.
On top of the subpar haircut, the price was quite steep, making it even more disappointing. The haircut was expensive and ultimately not worth the cost, given the lack of skill and attention to detail in the outcome.
