Called up to ask for some zips replacing.
No matter how hard I tried to tell the woman that the zips are being attached to cotton not leather she wouldn’t listen and was quite abrupt.
So I tried somewhere else and got a lovely reception.
AVOID this place. I’m surprised she gets any business at all!

Decided to deal with Rojos as a local business and the lady I dealt with had an extremely rude manner from the start but decided to persist as she may have just been having a bad day. After asking some questions about the cost of some extra work doing with tapering some garments, I simply asked if the price was the same at 1 garment compared to a bulk. As a lot of businesses work this way. She continued to 'withdraw her services' and hung up the phone. Not sure which nerve I touched but if you would like decent customer service the look else where.
